As some of you might have guessed. Maybe… juuuust maybe because of the little hint in my blog name. I don’t know? I am absolutely crazy about bananas. I mainly love them because they taste so damn good and together with peanut butter it’s just pure heaven. But did you also know that bananas have many health benefits? (+ my favorite oats recipe at the end!)

BANANA-PEANUT BUTTER OATS – party in your belly!
what do you need:
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 large banana
- 1 (or for the real peanut butter lovers out there, like me… more than 1) tablespoon of peanut butter
- cacao nibs
Put the oats and almond milk in a bowl and microwave for 2mins, then stir and add another 2 mins (depending on your microwave wattage, this could be a little longer or shorter, so make sure the bowl doesn’t overflow!). Take it out of the microwave, stir and let it sit for a few minutes. Slice up your banana and put it on top, add the peanutbutter and cacao nibs and tadaaaa you’re done, it’s that easy!
